I. ACKNOWDGEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Renter acknowledges the equipment and the terms of this Agreement.
The Owner agrees to provide the Renter the following Games found on the First page.

The Renter complies that the equipment/s will only be used for the following: Gaming, Entertainment Purpose, and Office/House Environment

A. The monthly rental shall be AED 700/-
B. It shall be collected before the item is delivered.
C. Payments should be made by Card/ Cash/ Online.
D. If the Renter keep the item in the bad environment. Penalty charges will be applied.

1. The Renter shall keep the property in good condition.
2. The Renter will be responsible for any damage caused which means the Renter will cover all of the expenses Fixing it.
3. The Renter will be responsible for the loss of equipment. The Renter agrees to pay or replace the equipment.
4. The Renter is obliged to return the equipment in good condition.

1. The Renter agrees not to allow the usage of the equipment by an unauthorized person.
2. The Renter agrees not to use the equipment in a way to disturb the peace in the surroundings or in the environment.
3. The Renter agrees not to use the equipment in violation of the law.

The Renter indemnified the Owner and the Equipment free and harmless from any liabilities like accidents, injury or death of a person/s.
